7 segment display with 8 digits. The module is controlled via a three-wire serial interface. The driver IC MAX7219 handles all communication and driving of the display. The intensity can be programmed in 16 steps and several modules can be cascaded to create displays with more digits. Standoffs and screws are included for simple mounting. Example code is available.
