Personal Information

We store personal information about our customers electronically to manage orders and send messages related to orders, as well as newsletters to active subscribers. We do not sell stored personal information to third parties. To fulfill our commitments, certain personal information is shared with our subcontractors, such as shipping companies, payment services, and services for collecting customer reviews. They are only authorized to use the information for the fulfillment of the current service. When you place an order or otherwise register with Electrokit, you consent to us recording, storing, and processing the personal information you provide.

Passwords

Passwords are stored encrypted. If you forget your password, you can request a new one by clicking "I forgot my password" in the login form. A new randomly generated password will then be sent to your email address. You can then change to a password of your choice by logging in and going to "my pages."

Credit Card Information

All credit card information is handled by our payment intermediary, Worldline, in a secure environment that is PCI certified, and no credit card numbers are handled or stored by us. For this reason, we cannot make additional charges to your purchase.

IP Address

We log the user's IP address on all orders.
