Pimoroni is a British electronics company founded in 2012. The company designs and manufactures its own products, including expansion boards (HATs), sensor modules, displays, robotics products, and development boards for Raspberry Pi. Development, assembly, and testing are largely carried out at the company's own production facility in Sheffield. In-house manufacturing enables Pimoroni to rapidly develop new products, produce small production runs, and maintain a high level of quality control. Pimoroni is also actively involved in open source projects and collaborates with schools, universities, and technology companies to develop educational and development platforms.
