8-way arcade joystick with 5-pin connector. Robust and responsive joystick for building your own arcade games and game controllers. The joystick features an 8-way mechanism with a square restrictor plate and a black ball top.
The 5-pin connector allows easy connection using a single cable. The joystick is used in Pimoroni's Picade and can be combined with Raspberry Pi, Picade X HAT and arcade buttons to build your own arcade machine.
The joystick has a slightly softer and freer movement, similar to Japanese arcade joysticks.
