Product description
Automation HAT from Pimoroni is an expansion board for Raspberry Pi, designed for control, monitoring, and automation of electronic systems. The board features three relays, analog inputs, buffered digital inputs, and transistor outputs for connecting external devices in systems operating at up to 24 V.
The board is suitable for applications such as home automation, irrigation control, and timed control of electrical functions. Each channel has its own LED to indicate its status. The analog inputs also feature LEDs whose brightness varies according to the measured signal level.
Automation HAT connects to the Raspberry Pi's 40-pin GPIO header and features screw terminals for connecting external signals and loads. A Python library with code examples is available for reading inputs, controlling outputs, and operating the relays.
