Product description
Pimoroni Plasma 2350 W is a compact controller board for addressable LED strips with built-in WiFi and Bluetooth. The board is based on the RP2350A microcontroller and supports addressable LED strips of the WS2812/NeoPixel, SK6812, APA102/DotStar, and SK9822 types. It is suitable for LED lighting, lighting effects, and projects where LED strips need to be controlled wirelessly.
Plasma 2350 W features a dual-core Arm Cortex-M33 processor with a clock frequency of up to 150 MHz, 520 KB SRAM, and 4 MB flash memory. The built-in Raspberry Pi RM2 module supports wireless communication via 2.4 GHz WiFi and Bluetooth. This makes it possible to remotely control LED lighting, connect to online services, or integrate the board into home automation systems.
The board is powered and programmed via USB-C and can supply up to 3 A to connected LED strips. Screw terminals simplify the connection of LED strips, while a Qwiic connector allows additional sensors and other modules to be connected. The board also features an RGB LED, a reset button, a BOOT button, and a programmable push button.
Plasma 2350 W can be programmed using C/C++ or MicroPython. Connections for I2C, analog signals, UART, and debugging are available on the board. The board is supplied fully assembled, with no soldering required.
