Kemet/Yageo T491 is a product series of SMD-mounted tantalum capacitors based on proven solid tantalum technology with MnO₂ electrolyte. The T491 series is commonly used in applications such as decoupling, filtering, and energy storage in digital and analog electronics, for example in power supplies, communication equipment, and industrial control systems. The capacitors are polarized components and provide high capacitance relative to package size. Temperature range: −55°C to +125°C. Dielectric: Tantalum (MnO₂).
