Product description
SX1262 LoRaWAN HAT from Waveshare is an expansion board for Raspberry Pi that enables long-range communication via LoRaWAN. The board is based on the SX1262 RF chip and is optimized for IoT applications where low power consumption and robust wireless communication are required.
Thanks to LoRa modulation, long range and high interference immunity are achieved, making the board suitable for data logging, industrial systems, and smart sensor networks.
The board connects to the Raspberry Pi via a 40-pin GPIO header and communicates via a serial interface (UART). It also features an integrated USB-to-UART converter for easy connection to a computer or other control systems. Multiple operating modes are supported, including low-power mode with Wake-on-Radio, making the solution suitable for battery-powered systems.
LoRa technology provides a typical range of up to approximately 5 km under favorable conditions, along with support for features such as automatic forwarding, signal monitoring, and remote configuration.
Includes: Magnetic antenna, antenna adapter, stacking header, and mounting screws.
