RAMPS-Kit1.6 is a complete controller kit for building an Arduino-based 3D printer. The controller board is compatible with Arduino Mega2560 (e.g. 41010030 and 41035889) and provides expansion functions for multiple stepper motors, temperature monitoring, and component control. The board features reinforced MOSFET transistors and reinforced screw terminals designed to handle higher power consumption compared to earlier versions of the RAMPS board. With suitable firmware installed on the Mega2560, current status and sensor data, such as temperature values, can be displayed on the included 20×4 LCD display. The board is equipped with multiple fuses to separate the general power supply from the heated bed power circuit, as well as status LEDs for operational monitoring. A complete kit that simplifies integration into prototypes and custom 3D printer solutions.
