Pro Mini for 3.3 V projects. The Pro Mini has the USB port removed to provide a very small and cost-effective board operating at 3.3 V and 8 MHz. Ideal for battery-powered applications and sensors. It is thin, compact, and easy to integrate. This is SparkFun’s own interpretation of the Arduino architecture, where everything except the essentials has been stripped away to create a board that is small, affordable, and suitable for permanent installation. This version operates at 3.3 V and 8 MHz, making it particularly well suited for battery-powered applications or for direct interfacing with modern 3.3 V sensors without the need for level shifters.
The board can advantageously be used together with the 12200015 FTDI breakout for programming.
