PIN photodiode with a very short switching time, typically 5 ns. The SFH 203 is sensitive over the wavelength range 400–1100 nm and is intended for applications including industrial electronics, control and drive circuits, high-speed photointerrupters, and fiber optic transmission systems. The photodiode has a 5 mm package.
