Siglent's F603ME is used to calibrate Siglent vector & spectrum analyzers. Standards include a fixed 50 ohm termination, an open load, a short load, and a through adaptor. The F603ME performance specifications are very similar to the Keysight 85032B mechanical calibration kit and it can be used as a replacement of 85032B.
