Real-time clock (RTC) module with Qwiic connectors. Based on NXP's PCF85063A IC, which keeps track of date and time even when the main power is disconnected. The board communicates via I2C (pin header) or Qwiic, making it easy to connect to microcontroller boards and single-board computers. A CR2032 coin cell battery is used as backup power to preserve the date and time during power outages. The board is equipped with two Qwiic connectors for quick solder-free connection. Suitable applications include data logging, clocks, scheduling and other projects where accurate timekeeping is required.
