LD2410C Radar Sensor 24 GHz – Human Presence Sensor. The LD2410C is a compact and highly sensitive 24 GHz radar sensor designed for detecting human presence and movement. Unlike traditional PIR sensors, it can register even micro-movements, such as breathing, which makes it particularly suitable for applications where reliable presence detection is required.
The sensor is based on FMCW radar technology (Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave) and can distinguish between stationary and active individuals within its detection range. It delivers stable measurement data even in environments with varying light conditions, temperatures, or obstacles where optical sensors normally have limitations.
The LD2410C is a robust alternative to passive IR sensors when reliable presence detection is needed, even under challenging conditions.
