Product description
Murata IRA-S210ST01 is a pyroelectric infrared (PIR) distance and motion sensor. Intended for detection of people and objects based on infrared radiation. The sensor uses pyroelectric ceramic technology to generate an analog voltage signal when the infrared radiation changes within its field of view, providing high sensitivity and a good signal-to-noise ratio.
The sensor has a defined field of view of approximately 45° in both horizontal and vertical directions, providing a wide detection zone suitable for applications such as presence detection, motion alarms, lighting control, and energy management.
The analog output allows the sensor to be connected directly to a microprocessor or analog interface for further processing and interpretation in control systems.
The sensor must be used together with a Fresnel lens, for example 41035946 or 41035947.
