Product description
PCM5102 I2S DAC with line-level output is a breakout board that converts digital I2S audio into an analog stereo signal with high audio quality. The board is based on the PCM5102 chip and is designed to deliver clean and clear audio reproduction without the need for an external clock signal or complex configuration — simply feed it I2S data and it works.
The module operates from 3 to 5 V and connects via the BCLK, WSEL, and DIN signals. It automatically detects the audio format and supports multiple bit depths, making it suitable for projects with microcontrollers, single-board computers, or other systems that generate digital audio. Audio is available via a 3.5 mm connector or solder pads and is intended as a line-level signal for amplifiers or audio systems. Suitable cable for connection to amplifier, e.g.: 41032934
The breakout board also includes extra pins for functions such as mute, filter selection, and de-emphasis for 44.1 kHz audio. Supplied with pin headers (not pre-soldered) for use with a breadboard or custom installation in projects.
