Differential pressure sensor, measures pressures from 0-10kPa. Built-in temperature compensation, calibration and signal processing on the same chip.
The output signal is an analog voltage corresponding to the pressure, typically 0.2-4.7V. Fast response time of 1ms.
Working voltage 5V.
10 kPa equals 0.1 Bars or approx. 0.1 atmospheres.
