Digital 320 W hot air rework station for soldering and desoldering SMD components. The ZD-939D features an adjustable hot air temperature between 160 and 480 °C and a maximum airflow of 24 l/min. The station is suitable for soldering, desoldering and repairing surface-mounted components, as well as other electronics applications requiring controlled heating.
The temperature is adjusted digitally using push buttons and shown on a display with selectable °C or °F indication. The airflow is controlled separately using a rotary knob, allowing the hot air flow to be adjusted according to component size and the task at hand.
The station features an automatic standby function that activates when the hot air gun is placed in its holder. When the gun is removed from the holder, heating resumes. An automatic cooling system cools the heating element after shutdown to reduce thermal stress.
Four interchangeable nozzles with different diameters are included to concentrate the hot air flow on the desired working area.
