Digital desoldering station with an integrated vacuum pump for efficient desoldering of through-hole components (THT) and removal of solder from printed circuit boards. The ZD-8965 combines a temperature-controlled desoldering gun with a vacuum pump that extracts molten solder. The station is suitable for repair, servicing and rework of electronic circuit boards.
The desoldering station has an adjustable temperature range from 160 to 480 °C. The temperature is set using three push buttons in increments of 1 or 5 °C and can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit. A large, backlit LCD shows the current temperature. The station also features a memory function for storing temperature settings.
The desoldering gun has an ergonomic handle and a solder collection chamber that can be easily cleaned. The included holder has a stable base with separate compartments for a cleaning sponge and desoldering tips.
The station features an automatic sleep mode that activates after 10 minutes of inactivity to reduce power consumption and extend the service life of the equipment.
