Panasonic AQA411VL – Compact Zero-Cross Solid State Relay (SSR). The Panasonic AQA411VL is a compact and robust solid state relay (SSR) of zero-cross type with screw terminals. It can replace mechanical relays in industrial applications where silent operation, high durability, and fast switching are desired. The relay features a high current rating, a wide AC voltage range, zero-crossing switching, and LED status indication.
Zero-crossing switching means that the relay turns the load on or off when the alternating (AC) drive voltage crosses zero volts, when the voltage is at its lowest point. This provides several benefits, especially when controlling resistive or moderately inductive loads. It significantly reduces EMI, increases the service life of connected loads, lowers thermal stress on the relay, and improves current control during startup.
