Product description
VL53L0X Time of Flight Distance Sensor is a breakout board for precise distance measurement using laser technology. The sensor uses the Time-of-Flight principle where the time of reflected light from the object in front of the sensor is measured. This provides more stable and accurate measurement than traditional IR sensors and a narrow sensing angle suitable for applications where only the area directly in front of the sensor should be detected.
The module communicates via I2C and is easy to connect to for example Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and other microcontrollers. The breakout board has a built-in regulator and level shifting, allowing use with both 3.3V and 5V logic. It is well suited for robotics, level measurement, presence detection, automation, and interactive projects.
Pin header included (not pre-soldered) for connection to e.g. breadboard.
