Product description
5 kohm digital potentiometer based on Microchip MCP4018. The module is used to digitally control resistance via I2C instead of using a mechanical rotary potentiometer. Suitable for automatic adjustment of gain, contrast, reference voltages, and other applications where a variable resistance needs to be controlled by a microcontroller.
The resistance can be adjusted in 128 steps. Communication takes place via I2C, and the module is equipped with two Qwiic connectors for easy solderless connection to a microcontroller. Two mounting holes make it easy to install in both prototypes and finished designs. Supplied with a pin header (not pre-soldered).
