Product description
Environmental sensor module, a breakout board featuring the BME680 sensor from Bosch. Combines measurement of temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and volatile organic compounds (VOC) in a compact module. The sensor can be used for air quality monitoring, weather stations, altitude estimation, and indoor environment monitoring in both prototypes and finished systems.
The integrated MOX gas sensor changes resistance depending on VOC levels and can indicate the presence of substances such as alcohol or other organic gases, while the pressure sensor also enables altitude calculation thanks to high accuracy. The board includes a regulator and level shifting for use with both 3.3 V and 5 V systems. With Qwiic connectors for quick connection without soldering. Supplied with pin headers (not pre-soldered) for use with a breadboard.
