Product description
The QingKe V2-based CH32V003 from WCH is a highly compact and cost-effective 32-bit microcontroller based on the RISC-V architecture. It belongs to the CH32V003 series and is optimized for simple embedded systems where low cost, low power consumption, and small package size are prioritized.
The core is based on QingKe V2A, which is an implementation of the RV32EC instruction set. This core combines low complexity with sufficient performance for control and I/O-intensive applications. The system clock can operate at up to 48 MHz and includes support for interrupt handling with two levels of nested interrupts.
The CH32V003J4M6 is designed for industrial applications and features a wide temperature range as well as support for both 3.3 V and 5 V supply voltage. The combination of simple debugging via a single-wire interface and integrated peripherals makes it particularly suitable for low-cost systems, sensor nodes, and simple control systems.
The microcontroller includes a limited but well-balanced set of resources. It features internal Flash and SRAM for program and data storage, along with a number of standard interfaces that enable communication with external components. Despite its small size, it supports DMA, timers, and analog functionality, reducing the need for external logic.
