Audio module for recording and playback of audio. Designed to be integrated into electronic projects. The module can record sound or voice for up to 10 seconds using the built-in microphone. The recorded sound is stored in the flash memory and is preserved even when the power is turned off. The module allows you to easily make recordings and play them back using the control buttons. It can be connected to an Arduino for more advanced control. Playback can be done, either once or looped.

The recording length can be increased by changing the clock frequency, which is determined by the resistor R4. A higher resistance lowers the clock frequency, giving increased recording times. The jumper on the PCB is in series with R4, so longer recording times can easily be achieved by connecting a resistor across the jumper. For shorter recording times (but higher bandwidth), R4 must be replaced (or bypassed) with a lower resistance.
By connecting a potentiometer, the recording (and playback) speed becomes variable, enabling various entertaining sound effects.
