APM81815 Step-Down Voltage Regulator is a compact switching DC-DC converter that provides a stable 5 V output from a wide input voltage range, 5 to 72 VDC. It is designed for applications where high efficiency and low quiescent current are important, such as battery-powered systems, industrial electronics, and embedded control systems. The board features soft start, overtemperature and short-circuit protection, as well as an enable input for external on/off control. Built on a four-layer PCB with thick copper layers to improve heat dissipation and enable continuous operation at relatively high load.
