Product description
50 Ω, 50 W power resistor in a TO-220 package. The resistor is a non-inductive type and features a metal flange for mounting to a heatsink. The series is intended for applications including current sensing, energy absorption and discharge, RC snubber circuits, high-speed switching circuits, high-frequency circuits, voltage regulation, and constant power loads.
Note: The 50 W rating applies when mounted on a suitable heatsink. The datasheet specifies 2.25 W without a heatsink.
