Product description
Texas Instruments TMP117 temperature sensor with I²C. TMP117 is a high-precision digital temperature sensor with an I²C interface, designed for applications that require reliable and accurate temperature measurement. The sensor provides an absolute accuracy of ±0.1 °C over a temperature range of -20 to +50 °C and is specified for the full range of -55 to +150 °C.
The device is factory calibrated and eliminates the need for external temperature calibration. With a resolution of 0.0078 °C per step and low power consumption, TMP117 is well suited for battery-powered systems, medical devices, industrial equipment, and environmental monitoring.
TMP117 communicates via the I²C interface (up to 400 kHz) and supports multiple addresses for flexible integration in multi-component systems. The sensor is supplied in a compact WSON-6 package (2.0 × 2.0 mm), which facilitates assembly in space-constrained designs.
