Product description
JOY-IT SEN-HX711-01 is a load cell and load cell amplifier designed for measuring force or weight with high accuracy. The module consists of a load cell and an amplifier board based on the HX711 chip, which features a 24-bit A/D converter. The amplifier converts the load cell’s analog signal into a digital signal that can be read by microcontrollers or single-board computers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ESP32.
The load cell has a measuring range of up to 1 kg with an accuracy of ±0.02% of full scale. Thanks to its high resolution and stable signal processing, the module can be used in DIY scales, force measurement systems, or robotics projects where weight or load needs to be measured precisely. For accurate readings, the load cell must be mounted securely on a solid base plate.
The amplifier board operates with a supply voltage between 2.6 and 5.25 V and consumes less than 1.5 mA. Communication is handled via a serial 2-wire interface (SCK and DT), making integration simple even in compact systems. The delivery includes a load cell, amplifier board, and a four-pin header for connection.
SEN-HX711-01 is a proven and well-documented module that, thanks to its high precision and low power consumption, is ideal for educational projects, laboratory applications, and prototype development. Its ease of integration and the wide availability of example code make it a practical choice for developers who want to build their own scales or measurement systems based on load cells.
