Product description
Environmental sensor MS8607 with Qwiic (I2C). The sensor, a MS8607 from TE Connectivity, is a factory calibrated sensor which measures temperature, air pressure and humidity with high precision. A built-in level converter and dual Qwiic connectors make it quick and easy to connect multiple sensors in series. I2C and voltage inputs are also available on a 2.54 mm pitch connector for use with breadboards and prototyping boards. Pin strip included (not fitted).
Suitable for education and development, home automation, IoT etc, e.g. building your own weather station. The accurate pressure sensing also makes it useful as an altimeter in e.g. drones. Very low power consumption, down to 0.78 µA - suitable in battery-operated projects and outdoor measurements.
Compatible with Raspberry Pi and Arduino. Code examples, documentation and libraries are available at Adafruit.
