Learn How Your Oscilloscope Works. This educational module generates a variety of signals used to carry out measurement exercises with your oscilloscope. The module is shipped assembled and tested, no soldering required.
Familiarize yourself with concepts such as AC, DC, frequency, sine wave, square wave, ripple, full-wave and half-wave rectification, and oscillators. Learn how to use various oscilloscope settings such as V/div, Time/div, trigger level, auto-setup, and more.
The exercises use the Velleman handheld oscilloscope HPS410 as an example, but they can be applied to most types of oscilloscopes.
Important: To operate the module, a power adapter supplying alternating voltage (AC) is required. Power adapter not included. Recommended adapter: for example, item number 41032550.
