EKM039 is a logic level converter that makes it possible to connect two systems with different voltage levels, e.g. 3.3 and 5 V. The level converter has four bidirectional channels and works with all common logic signals as well as open-drain signals (e.g. I2C). The maximum frequency depends on the total capacitance in the signal path, but by adding external pull-up resistors that pull the signal high faster, the frequency can be increased to 1 MHz or more.
