Product description
Adafruit ST25DV16K is an RFID/NFC module with EEPROM that can be programmed via I²C. The contactless communication is based on ISO/IEC 15693 at 13.56 MHz, and the module functions as an NFC Forum Type 5 tag. It can, for example, be used to dynamically update information that can then be read wirelessly by compatible devices.
The module has 16 kbit of EEPROM. The memory can be accessed byte-by-byte via I²C and in 4-byte blocks via the RF interface. Fast Transfer Mode enables data transfer between the I²C and RF interfaces via a separate 256-byte buffer. The module also supports energy harvesting with an analog output for powering external components.
The board has an integrated PCB antenna, connections with 2.54 mm pitch, and Qwiic connectors.
