Wire wound 50W resistor. Designed to handle continuous high power loss. With anodized aluminum heat sink with mounting brackets. It is important that the maximum temperature of 200°C is not exceeded. In case of high temperature, the resistor should be mounted on a heatsink of the correct thermal resistance for the power consumed. Suitable for a wide range of applications, such as dummy loads for audio amplifiers, braking resistors, inrush current limiting, inverters/converters, snubbers, and balancing resistors.
