50W Power resistor designed for direct heat sink mounting with thermal paste to achieve maximum performance. The wire-wound construction is used to maximise high pulse characteristics, with power decaying linearly to zero, even at high ambient temperatures. Suitable for many applications, e.g. braking resistors, start limiters, inverters/converters, snubbers and balancing resistors.
