50W Power resistor designed for direct heat sink mounting with thermal paste to achieve maximum performance. The wire-wound construction is used to maximise high pulse characteristics, with power decaying linearly to zero, even at high ambient temperatures. Suitable for a wide range of applications, such as dummy loads for audio amplifiers, braking resistors, inrush current limiting, inverters/converters, snubbers, and balancing resistors.
