3 mm bi-colour LED with diffused lens. Contains two separate LEDs. Wavelength: 624 nm for blue emission and 470 nm for red emission. Light intensity at 20 mA: 500 mcd (red) and 600 mcd (blue). The forward voltage at 20 mA is typically 2.0 V for red and 3.0 V for blue. Maximum current: 25 mA.
