Product description
HX711 is a 24-bit high-resolution analog-to-digital converter for accurate measurement of small signals from load cells, strain gauges, and other sensors connected in a Wheatstone bridge. The integrated gain stage makes it possible to measure very small resistance changes and convert them into precise force or weight values. The module is suitable for scales, force measurement, and industrial prototypes.
The board features an HX711 chip and a 6-position screw terminal block for connecting one or two 4-wire sensors. Channel A has selectable gain while channel B has fixed gain. A switch allows selection between different sampling rates. Communication is via a two-wire interface similar to SPI, and libraries are available for quick integration with microcontrollers.
