The L6203 is a full bridge driver for motor control applications, built with Multipower-BCD technology that combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on a single chip. This mixed technology allows optimization of both the logic and power stages for maximum performance. The DMOS output transistors operate at supply voltages up to 42 V and support efficient high-speed switching. All logic inputs are compatible with TTL, CMOS, and microcontrollers. Each half-bridge is controlled independently, with a shared enable input for both channels.
