Velleman DEM100 is a compact, non-contact IR thermometer with a laser pointer. It is used for fast and safe measurement of surface temperatures without physical contact. It is suitable for troubleshooting and maintenance of electronics, heating and cooling systems, etc., where temperature needs to be checked quickly and at a distance. The built-in laser pointer enables precise targeting. The distance-to-spot ratio of 12:1 allows measurement of small objects in a controlled manner. The LCD display provides clear readings even in low ambient light.
The instrument has fixed emissivity and a fast response time, providing stable and repeatable measurements. Automatic shut-off minimizes power consumption and contributes to longer battery life. The ABS housing ensures low weight and good durability for portable use.
