Product description
SEN0158 is an IR positioning camera for Arduino. It is a compact IR camera capable of tracking up to four heat or infrared sources simultaneously. Its applications range from tracking robots equipped with IR transmitters for navigation to light barriers, determining the direction of object movement, functioning as a flame detector, or tracking heat sources. It is fully compatible with Arduino and requires only four connections: two for power and two for I2C communication. This infrared positioning camera can be controlled via the I2C interface using Arduino. It can track moving infrared points and transmit the data back to the host system. The camera features a horizontal field of view of 33° and a vertical field of view of 23°. It returns up to four points at a time when detecting an object. Thanks to its high resolution, high sensitivity, high accuracy, compact design, and low weight, this IR positioning camera is widely used in automated robot tracking, robot soccer, and mobile path recognition applications.
