Sensor that detects when something passes between the IR transmitter and the reflector. It can be used, for example, to count objects on a conveyor belt or play a sound when someone passes by. Maximum detection distance is 7m. It consists of two separate parts: an IR transmitter and a receiver with a speaker and transistor output. The transmission between the IR transmitter and receiver is wireless (433.92MHz) with a range of up to 20m indoors or 100m in line of sight. The receiver can be used solely to play a sound, but it also has an output to control other devices, such as the object counter 41021455.
