Product description
Holtek HT9171D is a DTMF receiver intended for decoding tone dialing signals in telecom systems. The device integrates bandpass filters, a digital decoder, and a latched 4-bit output, making it suitable for applications such as remote control, telephone interfaces, and embedded systems where reliable tone detection is required.
HT9171D operates together with an external crystal oscillator (3.58 MHz crystal) and provides stable decoding even in the presence of noise. The low power consumption and CMOS design make it suitable for battery-powered designs. The outputs can easily be connected to microcontrollers or logic for further signal processing.
