Adafruit TMAG5273 (A1) is a 3D Hall effect sensor for contactless position and motion detection using a magnet. The sensor measures magnetic fields in three axes (X, Y, and Z) and is well suited for rotary controls, joystick solutions, presence detection, and industrial automation. The built-in CORDIC engine enables angle calculation up to 360°, making it well suited for magnetic encoders and precise position measurement. Communication takes place via I2C, and the board is equipped with dual Qwiic connectors for quick solderless connection. A built-in temperature sensor also provides basic temperature readings.
