CSI or DSI cable adapter. Makes it possible to connect cameras or displays between different Raspberry Pi models with different FPC connectors. It converts between 15-pin 1.0 mm pitch (common on standard Raspberry Pi) and 22-pin 0.5 mm pitch (used on e.g. Pi 5, Zero, and CM-based boards). The board handles pin remapping automatically to ensure a correct connection.
The adapter is used when you need to connect a camera or display between different Pi generations without changing cables or modifying hardware. Cables are connected by opening the locking tabs, inserting the flat cable, and closing the latch.
