Multi-pitch FPC Adapter is an adapter board that allows flexible cables (FPC/FFC) to be connected to standard 2.54 mm pitch, such as breadboards or prototyping boards. Connection is made using pin headers (not included). The board is designed for rapid testing and development where direct access to signals from flex cables is required.
The adapter features 40 connection pads and supports multiple pitch variants: 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm. This makes it compatible with a wide range of FPC/FFC cables.
Each pad is broken out to both a 2x20-pin header and two separate 20-pin rows with 2.54 mm pitch. The design allows use with ZIF and snap-in connectors, or direct soldering of the flex cable to the board.
The board is delivered as a PCB without mounted connectors, giving the user flexibility to choose the connection method depending on the application.
