Product description
Electrokit ProtoPCB EKB16 is a prototyping board with the same layout and connections as a solderless breadboard. It has 840 plated through-holes. In addition to the traces normally found on a breadboard, the ProtoPCB has three extra longitudinal tracks that can be used for extra power supplies, grounding or bus connections. Intended for quick transfer of a circuit from a breadboard to a more permanent solution. Suitable for prototyping, education, and small-scale production. The board is double-sided with a grid of solder pads. Components, integrated circuits, and wiring connections can be mounted on both sides of the board. Manufactured from FR-4 fiberglass material which provides good mechanical stability and withstands repeated soldering. The board includes a reference grid with X and Y markings, which is very useful during small series production and documentation.
