ESP32-S3-DEV-KIT-N16R8 is a compact development board from Waveshare based on the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8 with a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor, WiFi 2.4 GHz, and Bluetooth 5 LE. The board is fully compatible with the Espressif Systems ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1 but features USB-C instead of microUSB. It supports multiple low-power operating modes with an adjustable balance between communication range, data rate, and power consumption for various application scenarios.
USB-C is used for programming and communication via the onboard CH343 and CH334 USB controllers. Supports development with ESP-IDF, Arduino, and MicroPython, making it suitable for AIoT and IoT projects.
