Very useful electret microphone with microphone amplifier. Based on the low-noise MAX4466 microphone amplifier. The module has adjustable gain and is intended for applications including audio recording, sampling, voice changers, and sound-reactive projects using FFT. The output can be connected directly to an ADC input on a microcontroller. The gain is adjusted using a trimmer potentiometer on the back of the board. The output is rail-to-rail (can operate very close to both supply voltage rails, i.e. close to GND and VCC) and has a DC bias at half the supply voltage.
