High-Precision 1-Wire Digital Thermometer. The DS18S20+ is a digital thermometer that provides 9-bit Celsius temperature measurements. Like the DS18B20+, it includes an alarm function with non-volatile, user-programmable upper and lower threshold values. The sensor communicates via a 1-Wire interface, meaning that only a single data line (and ground) is required for communication with a central microprocessor. Each DS18S20 has a unique 64-bit serial code, allowing multiple sensors to operate on the same 1-Wire bus.
