Product description
DisplayPort 2.0/2.1 cable supporting resolutions up to 8K at 144 Hz and a data transfer rate of 54 Gbit/s. The cable is designed for transmitting high-resolution digital video and audio between devices such as desktop computers, laptops, monitors and projectors. The high data transfer rate makes the cable particularly suitable for high-resolution displays and multi-monitor setups.
The cable uses UHBR13.5 (Ultra High Bit Rate) transmission mode and supports resolutions up to 8K at 144 Hz with DSC compression (Display Stream Compression). DSC enables the transmission of higher resolutions and refresh rates through visually lossless compression.
Support for AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync enables variable refresh rates, reducing screen tearing and stuttering during gaming and other applications. The cable also supports Dynamic HDR, HDCP 2.2 and the transmission of up to 32 audio channels, including DTS-HD Master Audio.
DisplayPort also supports connecting multiple monitors through a single DisplayPort connection using daisy-chaining, provided that the connected devices support this feature.
The cable features gold-plated connectors, dual aluminium foil shielding and strain relief at the connectors.
